Characteristic 2311

HEAT TREATMENT DATA

Forging of 2311

Slowly Heat to 930-1050 °C, keep the temperature to heat thoroughly. Start forging. Finished cool slowly.

Annealing of 2311

Heat to 775 to 790 °C, soak enough time, ensure heat thoroughly. then cool in the  heat treatment furnace.

Quenching of 2311 material

820-840°C, quench in oil.

Tempering of 2311

Heat uniformly at the tempering temperature for 2311 steel material. keep enough time, then cool in air

Processing
